“You, child, cannot live within yourself right now! You cannot hear your own thoughts. You do not want to feel these dark emotions.
It is not depression; it is realising that the lack of love you felt in childhood has dragged you deep into the mud.
But, in truth, I shall reveal it to you.
That lack of love has persisted over time, disguised as other forms of deprivation.
Scarcity that has been lived and felt in the flesh and bones throughout the entire history of humanity!
You’re sensing it, but it’s not you.
It is human history, transformed, flowing through you—a channel—and becoming something new, just as you are too.
Your human DNA is revealing all of this.
Your ancestors are speaking through you.

A condensed history, told in a different way.
You weren’t IN the darkness; you ARE the fruit of it.
But remember, darkness is light.
You feel as though you became it, because it is emerging within you in thoughts and emotions. This is how the earth heals itself through you.
That is the balance between the forces.
You are in the midst of Yin and Yang.
You feel trapped, scared, without scape.
Let the tears flow down your face.
Catch them with your lips.
They are the medicine.
Part of the elixir to become LIGHT!
You say, “I cannot stay in this body.” “These thoughts are a storm.”
But it is not you, nor the world outside.
It is the washing away, the purification of history.
Water that cleanses, flowing through your eyes.
It is no longer about emptying yourself from your Self. It is much more than that! It is like an energetic autophagy, but also physical because you feel it happening within you.
Allow this story to be consumed. Like a caterpillar, consuming its shed skin to transform into another version of itself, to grow and fly towards the light.
This is a fasting of the soul.
This kind of autophagy is happening on a subtle level. Pure alchemy.
You no longer fit in this body.
Light cannot be contained in one place.”
